- 7 - 10 years in change management, training or organizational development roles
- Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

- Communication and Engagement
- Training Strategy and Delivery
- Training Operations and Custodianship
- Change Enablement and Adoption Support
- PMO Integration and Governance
