Warehouse Supervisor

• Matric
• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management (Highly Advantageous)
• Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Must be willing to work day & night shift
• Strong Leadership Skills and will be managing a team of 5 warehousing staff
• MS Office & Excel (Intermediate)
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed
• Ensure accurate stock records using inventory management systems
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments
• Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments (e.g., procurement, logistics)
• Ensure clear communication between shifts and with other teams
• Resolve customer or shipment issues promptly
