Join a leading player in the plastic packaging industry and work with a dedicated team in a dynamic, high-performance environment.Key Responsibilities:Manufacture, maintain, and repair precision moulds and components according to technical drawings and specificationsOperate and maintain Toolroom machinery and equipment safely and efficientlyPerform fault finding and root cause analysis on moulds and related componentsLiaise with management and production teams regarding production tooling issues and solutionsPrioritise workload according to business requirements and project schedulesAssess condition of returned tooling and initiate works orders as requiredKeep accurate records and documentation for maintenance and repairsUphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure compliance with FSSC standardsMaintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in line with Health & Safety protocolsSupport continuous improvement initiatives in tooling design, processes, and efficiencyContribute to quality assurance processes and ensure tooling meets product quality standardsMinimum Requirements:Grade 12 (Matric)N2 Certificate minimumTrade Tested Tool Jig and Die Maker (MERSETA)10+ years' experience in a manufacturing/toolroom environmentProficient in Lathe, Milling, Surface Grinding, and fault findingSolid experience with extrusion blow moulding, injection moulding, and stretch blow mouldingSalary: NegotiableOur client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.Apply for this role today - contact at Hire Resolve or connect on LinkedIn.You can also visit our website: or email your CV to:We will contact you telephonically within 3 days if you are suitable for this vacancy.
