- General administrative duties
- Prepare, issue, and send out insurance claims, arrange for payments on insurance claims
- Regularly capture required information on internal systems, record and update customer claims
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
- Prepare claim reports
- Matric / Grade 12
- At least 3 years' work experience in short term insurance
- RE5 certificate (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Advanced skills in excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deadline driven, good organising and planning skills
