Job Specification:Responsible for efficient communication to ensure constant knowledge and information transfer between business unit (local and central), local supply chain and relevant service platforms. Ensuring Management of allocated team members, target setting, quarterly achievement checks and status feedback, target review and support to final achievement. Duties will include the following:Duties:Facilitate and execute team related requirements, development, and meetings
Receive, drive and facilitate BU related projects to ensure1) correct target audience involvement,2) project plans put in place (if required) and3) sufficient status updates and roll outs during and after project completion4) project objectives are achieved.Visible Reporting on sales performance, project status and tracking of KPI’s
Management and monitoring of SD and MM processes to ensure optimal Supply Chain flow and efficiency checks and balances in place to ensure process enhancements and efficiency gains in physical workflow as well as ERP system.
APO DP planning
Constantly strive to minimize distribution and warehousing costs
Identify and implement necessary system and process improvements
Balance, execute, monitor and communicate supply and demand.
Interaction and cooperation with relevant internal interfaces and service platforms.Job Requirements:National diploma in Supply Chain Management OR equivalent tertiary qualification OR at least 5 years industry and management experience with proven track record within Customer Service, Material Management and/or Supply & Operational Planning environments.
Solid SAP experience and Microsoft Office computer skills
Proven record of managing teams of people.
