Tsitsikamma Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for an Office Administrator / Bookkeeper – Agriculture to join the team.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree, diploma or experience in accounting and administrative field mandatory
  • Previous experience in the agricultural industry will be advantageous
  • Accounting/ bookkeeping advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Computer literate
  • Must be computer literate (Excel). Experience with programs such as Xero & 4th Quadrant will be advantageous
  • Experience with invoicing, payroll, statements & budgets
  • Experience with stock take, orders, and data entries
  • Must be able to take ownership, work independently and proactively
  • General Administration skills
  • Must have good interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work quickly, effectively and accurately and meet deadlines
  • Hardworking, loyal, honesty and confidentiality are of great importance
  • Sober habits
  • Excellent people skills
  • Strong people management skills
  • Must be willing to travel when needed
  • Valid driver’s license with own vehicle
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  • Processing monthly data
  • Preparation of financial and general reports
  • Record keeping and controlling of inventory
  • Human resource management (salaries, wages & BAD)
  • General administrative duties (filing, petty cash, diesel logs, etc.)
  • Supporting current financial manager as needed
