Financial Manager

• Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of accurate, compliant financial statements for multiple property entities.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to optimize portfolio performance and returns.
• Oversee compliance with IFRS, property legislation, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Partner with auditors, banks, and investors while managing the audit process end-to-end.
• Provide strategic financial insights to guide property acquisitions, developments, and asset management decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to achieve operational excellence.

• BCom in Accounting
• 5+ years’ experience in a finance leadership role, ideally within the property or real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of property accounting, IFRS, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills with a commercial mindset.
