
Sales Administrator

- Assist with sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, tender processing, quoting, capturing orders, and client communication.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Handle general office duties, including managing calls, emails, and delivery scheduling.
- Act as receptionist: manage incoming calls, assist walk-in customers, and redirect queries accordingly.
- Minimum qualification: Grade 12.
- Proven interest in sales and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Pastel knowledge is an advantage).
- Own transport is essential.
- Monday to Thursday: 07h00 17h00
- Friday: 07h00 15h00
- A self-starter who is eager to learn and work hard.
- Well-presented with strong attention to detail.
- Open-minded: company fit is more important than gender, race, or age.
- Experience in the brick or construction market (advantageous).
- Effective time-management skills and ability to work in a team.
