  • Assist with sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, tender processing, quoting, capturing orders, and client communication.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Handle general office duties, including managing calls, emails, and delivery scheduling.
  • Act as receptionist: manage incoming calls, assist walk-in customers, and redirect queries accordingly.
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: Grade 12.
  • Proven interest in sales and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Pastel knowledge is an advantage).
  • Own transport is essential.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 07h00 17h00
  • Friday: 07h00 15h00
