Sales Administrator (Advanced Excel - Pivot Tables & V-Lookup)

Scope (but not limited to):
  • Update and maintain sales records.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as generating and formatting reports (see below), data capturing and preparing presentations (PowerPoint).
  • Use Excel to create basic pivot tables and perform V-lookups for reporting.
  • Prepare documents in Word, including contracts and proposals.
  • Work with the companys ERP system to capture sales data
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, providing timely updates and support.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a sales administration role or similar position beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including basic pivot tables and V-lookups), Word, and PowerPoint. Non-negotiable.
  • Confident with numbers.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
