
Sales Administrator (Advanced Excel - Pivot Tables & V-Lookup)

- Update and maintain sales records.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as generating and formatting reports (see below), data capturing and preparing presentations (PowerPoint).
- Use Excel to create basic pivot tables and perform V-lookups for reporting.
- Prepare documents in Word, including contracts and proposals.
- Work with the companys ERP system to capture sales data
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, providing timely updates and support.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Experience in a sales administration role or similar position beneficial.
- Proficiency in Excel (including basic pivot tables and V-lookups), Word, and PowerPoint. Non-negotiable.
- Confident with numbers.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
