RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Campus administration and support
  • Onsite HR Management
  • Campus Safety & Security
  • OHS compliance
  • Campus budgeting and financial management
  • Campus fleet management
  • Campus facilities and maintenance management
  • Knowledge of learner systems management (MIS)
  • Management of other administration staff and performance appraisals
  • Oversee examination administration
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Relevant 3-year Degree or Diploma in Administration or related qualification
  • 3-years proven management experience in a similar environment
  • Proficiency in end-user computing
  • Fluent in 2 official languages (one must be English)
  • Valid driver’s licence
RECOMMENDATIONS:
  • Work experience in TVET Sector
  • Familiar with ITS or similar MIS system
  • Management experience
  • Good customer care ability, teamwork, basic knowledge of Health & Safety & First aid
  • Multitasker, reliable, honesty and maintain good ethical standards
