Lead monthly financial reporting, board reports, and variance analysis
Oversee month-end close processes, including journal reviews and intercompany transactions
Manage cash flow reporting, short- and long-term forecasting
Ensure compliance with tax legislation and file statutory returns
Prepare group financial statements and liaise with external auditors
Guide policy updates and ensure correct application of accounting standards
Manage audit processes and internal controls
Support treasury functions, funding compliance, and SARS engagements
Coach junior team members and assist with financial statement preparation

What we are looking for:

CA(SA), with completed articles, leadership potential or experience
2+ years' experience in a financial accounting role
Manufacturing industry experience or exposure to high fixed asset/project environments
Proficient in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting
