Machine Tool Fitter Foreman

- To ensure that all equipment is maintained and repaired to specifications of manufacturing.
- To assist electronic and electrical departments if and when required
- To maintain safe work procedures (monthly SHE inspection).
- To inspect,service,repair and overhaul Machinery and ensure that machines are kept in good running conditions
- Updating the equipment register and plant/ spares information.
- Taking of stock of mechanical equipment
- Work with precision measurements when carrying out tasks
- Minimum N 4 Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Have completed a recognized apprenticeship.
- Passed a trade test as Fitter and Turner/Millwright
- Extensive experience in CNC Machine Maintenance.
- Two years or more working experience on Machinery
- Good Mechanical insight in the repair of machinery
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
