- Support the Head of Platform in executing the platform strategy and roadmap by delivering assigned digital products and features.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business requirements, customer value, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate platform objectives into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements for development teams.
- Participate in agile development processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Work with Development, UX/UI, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support teams to ensure seamless product delivery and adoption.
- Validate features against acceptance criteria to ensure quality and usability before release.
- Monitor post-release product performance using analytics and user feedback to recommend and implement improvements.
- Ensure product compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and security requirements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency by leveraging platform capabilities.
- Timely delivery of product features in line with the platform roadmap.
- Stakeholder satisfaction with delivered features.
- Post-launch product adoption and usage metrics.
- Achievement of business KPIs (e.g., revenue, retention, engagement).
- High-quality releases with low defect rates and minimal post-launch issues.
- Contribution to platform scalability and competitive differentiation.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Business, or a related field is advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar digital product management role.
- Proven experience delivering products in a platform or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across technical, commercial, and operational areas.
- Familiarity with tools such as DevOps, PowerBI, Figma, Miro, Microsoft Teams, or similar is advantageous.
- Knowledge of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and platform scalability.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Proficient in backlog grooming, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
- Familiarity with user-centric design principles, DevOps practices, and product lifecycle tools.
- Strategic Thinking: Defines long-term product vision and adapts to evolving business needs.
