- Define and prioritize product features based on business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor and report on product performance and KPIs
- A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 10 years' experience with at least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a large-scale ERP implementation, preferably with SYSPRO.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and business processes in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong experience managing third-party vendors and complex, cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong understanding of system integration, data migration, and data governance principles.
- PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
