- Deep understanding of hospitality, property, and guest experience trends.
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 2–3 years’ experience in a copywriting or marketing role
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Passion for hospitality, guest experiences, and client satisfaction
