Taking inbound calls and helping customers with a wide range of queries
Listening carefully to understand the issue and working quickly to find the right solution
Setting clear expectations and keeping customers in the loop
Using multiple systems confidently while staying focused on the conversation
Collaborating with your team and sharing ideas to improve the customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably for UK or international campaigns)
Minimum Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent qualification
Strong communication and listening skills - you’re great at putting people at ease
Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems during a call
Calm, patient, and resilient — especially when things get a little tough
Able to work UK hours on a rotational shift pattern
Reliable transport to and from our Ballito site is essential
