- Listening carefully to understand the issue and working quickly to find the right solution
- Setting clear expectations and keeping customers in the loop
- Using multiple systems confidently while staying focused on the conversation
- Collaborating with your team and sharing ideas to improve the customer experience
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably for UK or international campaigns)
- Minimum Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent qualification
- Strong communication and listening skills - you’re great at putting people at ease
- Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems during a call
- Calm, patient, and resilient — especially when things get a little tough
- Able to work UK hours on a rotational shift pattern
- Reliable transport to and from our Ballito site is essential
