- Matric Certificate
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Soldering and micro spot-welding proficiency
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Strong planning and organising ability
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Select and assemble components according to drawings, job cards, and BOM
- Perform soldering, hand-tool assembly, and application of adhesives/resins
- Operate machines, including coil winders, spot welders, and label printers
- Inspect, test, and verify assembled components against specifications
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Ensure workstations and machines are clean and operational
- Adhere to all health, safety, and company policies
