Assembly Technician – Piping

• Fit piping to autoclaves and boilers
• Install components on autoclaves, pumps, and related systems
• Cut and thread pipes using appropriate machinery
• Assemble autoclaves and boilers to specification
• Assist with general factory duties as required
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and quality
• Comply with alcohol and drug testing protocols (random, suspicion-based, post-incident, return-to-duty, follow-up)
• Promote proactive health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Operate within the framework of ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 3834-2 standards
• No supervisory responsibilities

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• At least 5 years of experience in the metal manufacturing industry
• Ability to read and interpret technical design drawings
• Effective time management and accurate record keeping
• Methodical approach and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and multitasking capability
