- Consultative Demos: Deliver engaging, empathetic, value-driven technical product demonstrations tailored to each clients business needs while providing solutions to their problems.
- Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed user and revenue targets consistently.
- CRM Mastery: Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM pipeline (HubSpot).
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate with confidence, and close deals decisively.
- Sales Methodology: Apply structured sales frameworks (SPICED, consultative selling, etc.) to maximize conversion rates.
- Psychological Selling: Leverage influence, persuasion, and buyer psychology to guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Proven SaaS Sales Performance: Minimum 3+ years in SaaS B2B sales with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Hunter Mentality: Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and opening doors.
- Consultative Approach: Ability to ask the right questions, uncover needs, and position solutions that add real business value.
- Sales Methodology Expertise: Familiar with frameworks like SPICED, BANT, etc.
- Negotiation & Influence: Strong grasp of sales psychology and closing techniques.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with SaaS systems, CRMs, and running technical product demos.
- Resilience: Thrives under pressure, hungry for results, and never afraid of a "no."
