• Project costing and feasibility reports
• Preliminary design and detail designs
• Wet services designs
• Fire protection designs
• Technical & site meetings
• Conducting testing, supervision and evaluation of installations for compliance
• Bill of Quantities
• Tender Reporting and Adjudication
• Client Liaison

• BEng/BSc/BTech/ND in Mechanical Engineering
• ECSA registration preferred

• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in building services consulting
• Good understanding of Wet Services and Fire Services including Sprinkler Protection and Fire Protection
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD & Revit)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proactive, adaptable and strong communication skills
