New Business Coordination
- Manage the full lifecycle of new business submissions, from initial application through to finalisation.
- Review all documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Maintain and update the New Business Register and input data into our CRM system.
- Track workflows and ensure all new business tasks and processes are completed efficiently.
- Generate weekly reports for leadership to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the accuracy of client information, regularly reviewing entries maintained by support staff.
- Perform cross-checks on personal information and ensure records are kept up to date across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency and reliability in all client documentation and CRM entries.
- Identify opportunities to enhance administrative efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide guidance to junior admin staff on best practices for data entry and task management.
- Continuously improve client-facing administrative processes.
- Lead small-scale compliance initiatives in collaboration with the advisory and admin teams.
- Delegate tasks as required and assist in preparing for audits or internal reviews.
- Help ensure regulatory obligations are met in day-to-day operations.
- Act as a lead point of contact for the Client Service Administrator, offering guidance and delegating tasks.
- Support onboarding and development through regular feedback and informal training.
