- Create, update & distribute price lists to required specifications and with accuracy.
- Create and distribute deals to load with different Factory.
- Update the Deal Register, Trade Focus & Promotional Grid.
- Investigate Price Claims, EDI and Rejections reports.
- Compile monthly reports on sales performance of customers.
- Compile product listing across all regions on the Master Listing schedule.
- Draw/build customised reports for the Sales Director as and when required.
- Assist with the completion of Board Sales Reports on a quarterly basis.
- Distribute notifications to Company Brand Representatives when new stores in their areas have opened.
- Receive sales figures and update Company Reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare and distribute new product listings for clients.
- Sharing product knowledge with Key Accounts Manager to take to trade.
- Load all new company products on the GS1 System of Standards.
- Assist Marketing Department with NPD (New Product Development).
- Pull client figures from Qlikview (monthly/quarterly/annually) , add to the Master Provisions Report and send to Group Financial Manager.
- Calculate monthly, quarterly and annual Rebates and Advertising.
- Assist in compiling sales figures and data in the Audit Report and send to Group Financial Manager.
- Travelling arrangements (flights, car rental, accommodation, visa etc) for Sales Team.
- Assist in the updating and carrying out of Company vehicle inspection sheets, log sheets, service bookings and repairs.
- Administrative and general support to the entire Sales Team.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Receive and process all Credit Card expense claims for the Sales Director on a monthly basis.

- Assist with answering incoming calls and transferring to relevant personnel.
- Assist in the arrangements of various events taking place at the office.
- Servings guests by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately and offering refreshments.
- Accepting courier parcels (including mail deliveries) as and when required and ensuring that relevant parties receive parcels.
- Keeping a safe and clean working area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Involved in the arrangement of event, from Décor, food and entertainment
- Grade 12 (Matric Certificate).
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or a relevant field would be advantageous.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or a Sales Support Agent.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- MS Office Suite (MS Excel in particular).
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
