We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team at RPO Recruitment. As an Electrical Foreman, you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising electrical installations and maintenance projects.Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate electrical installations and maintenance projects
Supervise and manage a team of electricians and technicians
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Inspect and test electrical systems and equipment
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate work schedules
Train and mentor junior electricians
Monitor and manage project budgets

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role
Valid electrical license or certification
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Good physical condition and manual dexterity
Valid driver's license
