To succeed in this role, you should have a qualification in Marketing, Sales, or a related field, along with relevant experience in a customer-focused or key accounts role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required, and logistics software knowledge will be advantageous. Strong communication skills in both English and Afrikaans, excellent negotiation ability, and the confidence to engage with clients are essential.
