Plant Manager

- Food/FMCG manufacturing, with at least 3+ years in senior plant management
- Experience in mechanical design, commissioning, and project execution
- Proven knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
- Afrikaans first language
- Maintenance, projects, production, health & safety, and quality & compliance
- Maintenance & Projects – Oversee maintenance programs, technical procurement, and equipment installations
- Production Excellence – Ensure that cost, quality, and output targets are met with strict adherence to SOPs and product specifications
- Quality & Compliance – Uphold certifications, enforce SOPs, and maintain top product standards
