JOB DESCRIPTION● Proofreading all marketing material● Maintenance of schedules, deadlines and appointments.● Assisting in the management and update of the websites● Updating and maintaining the company profiles● Coordinating marketing materials and information for projects● Assisting in keeping product details updated from suppliers on paper and electronically● Assisting with development of product/company catalogues● Maintaining the marketing library by controlling and replenishing inventory● Strong social media management skills (including campaigns) – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blog etc.● Finding advertorial and editorial opportunities.● Budget management: sticking to the marketing budget.● Liaise with designer to ensure quality of work, work delivered on time and to budget.● Event set up and clear up.● Ensure timeous payment to suppliers.● Keeping marketing files up to dateJOB REQUIREMENTS● Tasks will also include research into building specifications for different client demographics and areas.● Experience within the property industry is therefore essential.● The Individual must be able to do research as to what works in the different markets and create “mood boards” for the different development’s building specification choice● Marketing related qualificationThe post appeared first on .
