Job Summary Our client located in Stellenbosch is looking for a Candidate Senior Consultant to join their fast growing team!About them:
They are a consulting company driving transformative change across industries such as financial services, aviation, telecommunications, and manufacturing/supply chain. They partner with clients to engineer impactful and lasting improvements. The successful candidate will balance hands-on analytical work with client engagement, taking on increasing responsibility in delivering actionable recommendations and shaping client outcomes.Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (BEng)
  • Honours Degree in Industrial Engineering (BEng Hons) advantageous
  • Master’s Degree or MBA highly advantageous
  • Professional certifications (Six Sigma, PMP, CBAP) beneficial
  • Familiarity with digital transformation tools and platforms
  • 3–4+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business process engineering, or business analysis
  • Proven record of delivering complex projects with measurable impact
  • Proficiency in Business Process Engineering methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strategic thinking and solution design skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
  • Business acumen with exposure to industries such as financial services, aviation, telecoms, or manufacturing
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct advanced analysis of complex client situations and contribute to the development of strategic recommendations
  • Design, implement, and validate process improvements and tailored solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Engage with clients, build trusted relationships, and communicate solutions effectively
  • Support Senior Consultants and Managers in project execution while taking on early leadership responsibilities
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, training, and knowledge sharing to strengthen the firm’s growth and culture
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members, contributing to a collaborative team environment

Remuneration:
