Are you an experienced IT Manager ready to take ownership of IT infrastructure and operations in a multinational environment? This role will see you working closely with an IT team based in France, while leading local IT initiatives in Johannesburg. You’ll have the chance to manage end-to-end IT operations, support cutting-edge systems, and be the go-to expert for business-critical IT solutions.Key Responsibilities:

Act as the physical point of contact for the France-based IT team
Oversee installation, renewal, and support of workstations, phones, and printers
Provide support for local virtualised servers (escalations handled by France team)
Manage internet operator links and ensure seamless connectivity
Oversee user management in Active Directory and O365 accounts

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science (or equivalent)
5+ years’ proven IT Management experience (non-negotiable)
Multinational experience highly advantageous
Strong knowledge of:

Networks: IPv4, HP/Aruba, VLANs, Wi-Fi, cabling
Security: MFA, SSO, IPSEC
Servers/Systems: Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VMware, RDP, licensing
Workstations: Windows 10/11 (Mac a plus)
Microsoft O365: Outlook, Teams, Office suite
TOIP and IT solutions implementation
Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
