- Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification in Hospitality/Travel
- Must have a minimum of at least 2-3 years experience as a Travel Designer
- Must have previous experience handling customer relationships, and developing & promoting products and services in the inbound travel industry
- Working knowledge of TourPlan and WISH or similar booking/operating systems
- General product knowledge of Southern & East Africa
- Must be fully computer literate
- Must be able to work well within a team
- Must be an excellent relationship builder and the need to always go the extra mile for guests
- Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Personal or educational travel experience (advantageous)
