- Tertiary certificate/qualification in Travel & Tourism/hospitality
- Must have a minimum of at least 4-5 years experience at a Senior level
- Must have previous experience in handling customer relationships and developing & promoting products and services in the inbound travel industry
- Must be fully computer literate
- Must have a great command of the English language
- Working knowledge of TourPlan and WISH or similar booking/operating systems
- General product knowledge of Southern and East Africa
- Personal or educational travel experience advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data capturing.
- Foreign language skills advantageous
- Must have own transport
