We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Contract and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage contracts, time sheets, and invoices, engage directly with clients, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle general administrative duties. The role requires excellent communication skills and a presentable demeanor as you will represent our company in both internal and external interactions.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewalsAccurately process and review time sheets and invoices to facilitate prompt paymentsServe as a primary point of contact for client engagement, addressing queries and maintaining strong relationshipsCoordinate and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring cost-effectiveness and conveniencePerform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondenceMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionPresent a professional and approachable image when interacting with clients and team membersCollaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operational workflowExperience:Proven experience in contract management, invoice processing, and administrative supportStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with travel booking platforms and contract management software is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional appearance and demeanorExperience in client-facing rolesKnowledge of industry-specific contract terms and invoicing proceduresQualifications:
  • Commercial or Legal tertiary qualification preferred
