- Preferably have either a mechanical trades background or a related engineering degree with at least 3-5 years in a sales and/or account management role (ex-field service type role will also be considered)
- Proven ability to prepare sales budgets and monitor sales performance.
- Highly developed sales and relationship management skills with a strong customer focus.
- Strong technical background or a working knowledge of crushing and screening applications.
- A well-developed network within the mining and quarrying industry in Africa.
- Experience and knowledge of the mining mineral processing and quarrying industries.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft products, knowledge of Pronto ERP software and Salesforce will be highly regarded.
- Must be a self-starter who has a positive attitude, ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities, prepare, and write thorough sales reports and follow up on quotes and tenders, with tenacity and enthusiasm.
