We are looking for a skilled and energetic Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team at a luxury property near Simonstown. If you love early mornings and have a passion for creating exceptional breakfast experiences, this role is for you.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality breakfast dishes with consistency and flair.
- Set up and manage the breakfast station, ensuring smooth service.
- Maintain excellent standards of food presentation and taste.
- Oversee mise-en-place and ensure readiness before each service.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation.
- Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and team to uphold the propertys standards.
