A leading vehicle glass repair and replacement company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fitment Centre Manager to lead operations at their high-performing branch in Knysna and Plettenberg Bay. This role is ideal for a seasoned manager with strong business acumen, excellent people skills, and proven experience in sales, stock control, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, strategic, and driven to meet revenue targets while ensuring operational excellence and team engagement.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue by converting sales opportunities and managing key financial indicatorsLead, coach and develop staff to ensure performance, accountability, and complianceMaintain optimal stock control and cash handling practices to ensure profitabilityEnforce company processes to reduce risk, loss, and ensure policy adherenceEnsure daily operational excellence and a high standard of customer serviceConduct regular performance tracking, reporting, and administrative oversightPromote a culture of communication, teamwork, and continuous improvementMinimum RequirementsGrade 12 with a Diploma in General Management (essential)BCom Degree in Management or related field (advantageous)Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a management roleSound knowledge of SAP, MS Office Suite, POPI Act, and company systemsStrong working knowledge of Glass products and customer service practicesProven experience in budgeting, CRM, reporting, and people managementSkilled in sales conversion, upselling, and objection handling techniquesReady to take on a challenge and lead a dynamic team?RPO Recruitment can help you secure your next opportunity.
