- Business Development: Proactively hunt and secure new business, expanding client portfolio with tenacity and flair.
- Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with in-house creative agency, design, and operations teams to deliver ground breaking campaigns and relay timely client insights.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve in the retail media and in-store marketing space, tracking competitor moves and industry trends to keep at the forefront.
- Matric/Grade 12.
- A degree in Marketing, Brand Strategy, Communication, or Media.
- Proven success in a sales leadership or business development role, ideally in advertising, media,
- Experience with in-store media, digital signage, or shopper marketing is a major plus.
- A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, mastering the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a knack for inspiring clients.
- Sharp strategic and creative thinking to translate complex marketing solutions into client-ready
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
