Responsibilities:
  • Handle all legal matters and procedures on behalf of the company.
  • Manage contracts and service level agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Draft, review, and implement company policies.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on sector-related matters, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure employee compliance with SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) regulations.
  • Fulfil company secretarial duties as required.
  • Assist with the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender documents.
  • Perform any other reasonable and lawful tasks as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.
Requirements:
  • South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
  • Must not have previously participated in the YES Programme.
  • A complete Bachelors degree or diploma in Law (LLB or equivalent), Legal Studies, or Business Administration
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
