- Oversee and manage general office administration related to Health & Safety
- Develop, update, and maintain Health & Safety policies, procedures, and documentation
- Manage all accreditation processes, including:
- Municipal accreditation
- Third-party certifications (e.g., HACCP, ZA approval)
- Any additional compliance or regulatory requirements
- Implement and enforce workplace Health & Safety practices across all teams
- Monitor compliance with legislation, company policies, and safety regulations
- Conduct regular assessments to identify risks and propose improvements
- Foster a safety-first culture by leading, training, and motivating employees
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in Health & Safety, ideally within the food industry
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a willingness to think creatively and take initiative
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
