- A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology
- 7 years Product management and product development experience, specially in credit products
- Technical understanding, including API's, system integrations, and tools like Jira and Confluence
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
- Experience with regulatory requirements in Credit (e.g POPIA, NCA)
- Provides domain knowledge and understanding of client needs, competitor landscape and international best practices
- Accountable and responsible for delivery and stakeholder management
- Takes ownership of change management initiatives

- Strong stakeholder engagement and management abilities.
- Effective communication, including presenting and translating information for business audiences
- Leadership and people skills, as the role involves managing relationships

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management or Information Technology
