Our client, a leading international bank in Malta, is seeking a seasoned Technical Director to provide strategic oversight across architecture, engineering, and delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to relocate to Europe, with full visa sponsorship and relocation support available for non-EU candidates.As Technical Director, you will combine strong project and delivery management expertise with deep technical knowledge.
