Our client, a leader in the transportation industry, is looking for a Foreman to manage the workshop operations for truck and trailer repairs. If you're a qualified Red Seal Motor Mechanic with experience in side tipper links, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily workshop operations and manage a team of 15 mechanics.
Ensure trucks, trailers, and commercial vehicles are maintained and repaired to high standards.
Troubleshoot and perform repairs on trucks, trailers, and commercial vehicles.
Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are operational.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workshop environment.
Keep accurate records of maintenance work and repairs.

Requirements:

️ Red Seal Qualified Motor Mechanic (Diesel qualification is advantageous but not essential).
️ Proven experience with truck and trailer maintenance (side tipper links experience a must).
️ Strong leadership and team management skills.
️ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
️ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
