- Relevant Technical Qualifications and Experience on Heavy Duty Machinery
- Proven experience with Weichai, XCMG, Rondebult, CAT, Powerstar, Howo equipment
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with workshop equipment and processes.
- Understanding of quality control and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with other departments
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency.
- Proven ability to analyse and solve operational challenges.

- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
