🤝 Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients based on transparency and trust.
📊 Offer tailored financial advice and recommend Shariah-compliant and conventional financial solutions aligned with client goals.
📈 Use our AI-driven advisor app to track leads, manage performance, automate reporting, and stay on top of your business metrics.
🧠 Stay up to date on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and financial trends.
💬 Engage in regular client reviews, goal assessments, and portfolio adjustments.

RequirementsTo thrive in this role, you should have:

🎓 Matric + RE5 certification (NQF 5 with 120 credits is preferred)
🕓 Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services or sales
📍 Be based in Cape Town (Atlantic Seaboard area)
✔️ Clear credit and criminal records
💸 Consistent minimum earnings of no less than R15,000 to be considered in the interview process.
🔗 A growth mindset and a willingness to learn and lead in a digital-first environment
