Job Description :Our client is seeking a experienced Administrator to join the Overbaakens, Port Elizabeth team,· Assist at reception· Perform general office administration tasks including filing, typing, scanning, and photocopying· Assist with invoicing, debtors, and creditors as needed· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, courier parcels)· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases· Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers· Assist with procurement of office supplies and equipment· Support managers and team members with ad-hoc administrative tasksRequirements· Grade 12· Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in an administrative or office support role· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)· Pastel experience preferred· Debtors and creditors experience preferred· Valid drivers license and own transport
