
Syspro Applications Support and Integration Specialist

- Provide day-to-day support for SYSPRO and other business systems including POS, WMS, HR, QC/QA, Import, and Compliance platforms
- Act as the first line of support for users, resolving issues promptly and ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing and operational activities
- Conduct root-cause analysis on recurring issues and implement permanent solutions, with a focus on manufacturing workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SYSPRO modules (Inventory, Production, MRP, Financials) are optimally configured and integrated with other systems
- Liaise with third-party service providers and vendors for system updates, escalations, and integrations
- Develop and maintain integrations between SYSPRO and other business systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools
- Design and implement automated workflows and data exchange processes to enhance manufacturing and production efficiency
- Work closely with operations and manufacturing teams to translate system requirements into technical solutions
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in production and inventory management
- Participate in testing, deployment, and change management for SYSPRO modules, new system features, and upgrades
- Support data migrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system configurations related to manufacturing operations
- Document technical changes, configurations, and create user manuals and guides for manufacturing users
- Ensure system compliance with company policies and maintain controls to uphold data integrity
- Monitor application health, manufacturing data accuracy, and production KPIs across platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience supporting and integrating enterprise business applications, including SYSPRO
- Strong experience in manufacturing, distribution, or finance environments
- Proficiency with SQL databases, scripting (T-SQL), and system integration tools
- Hands-on experience with SYSPRO (Database and Business Objects), RiteScan, InTouch, Siemens PLM, or other manufacturing-related systems
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as Office 365 and Azure
- Strong working knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and reporting tools like Power BI, Crystal Reports, or QlikSense
- Understanding of manufacturing workflows, production planning, and business process automation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Analytical, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel as required
