- Knowledge of panel beating and spray painting
- Must be able to work on Audatex and have an Audatex license
- Be production orientated
- Valid driver’s licence
- Must be able to comply with deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Maintain good relationships with assessors and clients
