Prepare and generate invoices for various accounts
Perform data entry, enter orders to accounting system.
Match account purchase order to the multiple order management systems for data entry to accounting system.
Reconcile account invoices to the multiple Order Management systems.
Update order management system with account invoice details.
Communicate to internal departments changes needed to an account order for billing requirements.
Maintain and update the account invoice trackers.
Email a high volume of account invoices and corresponding documents to customers, daily.
Reply to account requests for additional information.
Maintain invoice and account document files as requested by account.
Prepare invoice documentation for audits.
Perform Ad hoc tasks as requested.
Assists in other areas as needed

Requirements

Highly Proficient in Microsoft office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
Good English verbal and written
Able to work independently
Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving and math skills.
Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is preferred but not required
2 - 4 years experience
