KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:

You will have completed Matric, coupled with 3-5 years experience in managing the full life cycle of product returns and providing excellent customer service, as well as cross-functional collaboration with e-Commerce platforms and operations/suppliers
You will have a proven track record in proactive follow-ups, case resolution, dispute management and assuring returned goods meet policies and quality standards.
You will be meticulous in record keeping of returns, defects, poor quality products from suppliers and GRN processing.
You will be an effective communicator, a high-energy customer focused person and be highly organised in terms of processes and administration/reporting
You must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
