Job Summary Junior HR & ERP Compliance Administrator Key Responsibilities HR Administration Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department. Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, leave, and performance data. Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job advertisements, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews. Support the onboarding process by ensuring all employee documentation is completed and filed. Assist with HR reporting and help ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies. ERP Compliance Administration Support the implementation and monitoring of ERP compliance processes. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the ERP platform. Monitor user access rights and assist with system audits. Contribute to compliance reporting and maintain required documentation. Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure ERP compliance aligns with company policies and procedures. Requirements Education: Matric (essential); Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (advantageous). Experience: At least 1 year in HR administration or a similar role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Teams (essential). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Basic understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements. Interest in ERP systems (exposure or coursework advantageous but not mandatory).
