A leading player in the industrial and infrastructure sector is undertaking a major nationwide financial systems transformation (moving from Accumatica and SAP to SAGE X3), and we’re looking for an expert who will make this happen. You’ll be the driving force behind the full nationwide roll-out of SAGE X3, partnering closely with project leads, finance teams, and operational managers to ensure a smooth, efficient, and successful transition. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you’ll not only configure and implement system but also engage directly with teams across the country, providing training, guidance, and support throughout the process.As the System Implementation Specialist, your duties include the following:
Lead and oversee the nationwide implementation of SAGE X3, replacing existing ERP platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes, data migration, and reporting needs
Develop and deliver tailored training to finance and operational staff
Troubleshoot system issues and provide on-site support during roll-out phases
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levelsSkills & Experience:
Extensive, proven experience with SAGE X3 implementations
Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with people at all levels
Agility, resilience, and a problem-solving mindset
Willingness and ability to travel for up to three weeks at a time during the implementation phasesQualification:
Degree in Finance or Accounting
