- Closely monitor warranty claims and check for accuracy and validity.
- Warranty registration admin.
- Process and update claims, including submissions to suppliers and maintaining related records in Sage.
- Report on warranty claim status at monthly operations meetings.
- Coordinate and track deliveries throughout South Africa.
- Process transport orders and invoices on Sage.
- Coordinate with external freight companies for cost-effective transport solutions.
- Issue delivery and return notes for Wholegoods items.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and photo evidence where applicable for Wholegoods deliveries and retuns for auditing purposes..
- Update assembly schedule for goods distributed.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, including clearing documents for import and export shipments.
- Keep a record of updated ETAs for shipments arriving.
- Update teams link with information of containers due to arrive for offloading at Jupidex.
- Keep sales team informed of planned transport.
- Notify sales department of damages or shortages on items returning from demo.
- Check Marine Declarations for shipments and ensure compliance with ISO and declaration standards.
- Ensure that courier invoices correspond with quotations or parts invoices for items sent.
- Obtain freight estimates for imports, review and ensure best rates and service.
- Monitor freight forwarder invoices for hidden costs after estimates were authorized.
- Obtain export freight quotations.
- Ensure proper documentation for pre-inspection, fumigation, and customs.
- Track and coordinate shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Ensure accurate record keeping of all export documentation for each shipment, for auditing purposes.
- Prepare required documentation for export & cross trade shipments.
- 1. Qualifications:
- Min: Post-Matric Certificate
- Ideal: Diploma in business/marketing/logistics or a related field
- Min: Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- On-the-job training, Computer Skills on Word & EXCEL
- Occupational Health & Safety
- Min: Experience in admin and clerical duties.
- Ideal: Experience in Logistics.
